We could follow a colour code because we are good at phonics
We wrote about Children in Need
This is what we thought children needed........
William: "Water for a bath and drinking."
Sophia: " Toys for playing"
Honor: " A hamster to do what they say."
Jack: "Hens to lay eggs to make them strong."
Freya: "Clothes so they don't get poorly or dirty."
Thomas: " A Go Kart in case they don't have toys. Guide dogs so if they're blind they know where to go."
Zach: "They need beds because if they don't sleep, they'll be tired."
Amber: "Buses to go on."
Ava: "Umbrella to keep them nice and dry."
Holly: "Food, or they'll starve and they'll die."
Tempy: "Houses to live in."
Hannah: "Special toys to cuddle, like a monkey, and feel happy."
Ellie: "Baby toys so they can play with them. If they cry, give them it, so they stop crying."
Austin: "Baths. Children need baths to keep them clean."
We made spotty biscuits.
We investigated how many ways we could put 5 spots on a biscuit with just 2 colours. We used counters to test our ideas. The biscuits were delicious.
Fun, fun, fun fundraising.
